LACC partners with qualified vendors who share our commitment to exceptional service, safety, and community values. If you are interested in providing goods or services to our Association, we invite you to submit your information through our Vendor Application.

VENDOR APPLICATION

We require the following from every vendor:

  • Current Certificate of Liability Insurance, with a limit of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 General Aggregate.
  • Proof of Workman’s Compensation as required by local and state statutes
  • Completed W-9 (form attached). Copy of executed Contract/Agreement (if available)
